Please know that we have made every effort to be prepared to open and operate our salon in the safest manor possible all while following and adhering to the new MA Safety Standards and Guidelines for Hair Salons. We are so happy to be able to be back up and running. We've missed you. We will all need to work together to follow these new guidelines, some of which are below for you.

WE ARE MASK OPTIONAL!

• We will ask that we discontinue any hand shaking, hugging, and non-essential contact.

• Incorporating robust hygiene (cleaning and disinfecting) protocols is top priority. 

• During this current phase of reopening, we will be discontinuing use of our waiting room, unless for emergency purposes, at this time.

• You may come into the salon to check in for your appointment, but may be asked to wait in your car until appointment time.

• During this current phase of reopening, we will be discontinuing our coffee/tea bar, water, candy/mints, and magazines. Please bring your own beverage in if you will need it during your appointment.

• During this current phase of reopening, we will be discontinuing use of our coat closet. Please carry into the salon only what you need for your appointment; please leave extra bags, coats etc. in your car.

• Please do not show up to your appointment with anyone but yourself, unless you are accompanying your child for his/her appointment. Otherwise, please figure out child care arrangements ahead of time. 

• Please be on time for your appointments, as our ability to be flexible with scheduling of appointment times has changed. 

• Clients and staff must wash or sanitize hands prior to the start of any service.

• Clients must bring their own mask that has ear loops for straps, as you can imagine the ones that strap around your head would make the service extremely difficult* Every staff member and client will be required to wear a mask for the duration of your time in the salon.

• All clients not getting a shampoo as part of his/her service MUST come to the salon with CLEAN HAIR washed the SAME DAY OF their service.

• We will be taking everyone's temperatures upon entering the salon with one of our non-contact instant read thermometers .

• Clients must not come to the salon if they are feeling ill or showing any symptoms. Clients who show up for appointments with any symptoms of being ill or with a fever could potentially spread the virus, as well as jeopardize the health and safety of all who are in the salon, and could potentially close down the salon. Simply, please stay home if you are sick.

• Also, please remember the guidelines you need to follow if you are personally exposed to COVID-19.
